You master Celonis—but you want more than ticking off project after project? You’re eager to own results, build sustainable solutions and reshape logistics processes rather than just analyse them? Then join Logatik! We’re building the first Celonis-based Warehouse Intelligence Platform that doesn’t stop at analysis—it delivers actions.

Your role

  • Own projects end to end: Lead our Celonis engagements on-site: planning, implementation, go-live. You’re the single point of contact and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Build GenAI innovations: Contribute to our research project with BMW, Siemens & Lufthansa. Develop AI-powered features that become part of our core platform and define tomorrow’s logistics.
  • Standardise & productise: Turn project experience into repeatable assets—dashboards, KPIs, automations—and help expand our product portfolio.
  • Analyse with impact: Identify optimisation potential in warehouse, transport or supply-chain processes, derive data-driven actions in Celonis—and implement them yourself.
  • Direct influence: Work closely with the founders (Patrick & Philipp) and C-level clients. Your ideas and feedback shape our success.

What you bring

  • Delivery power & project leadership: Proven track record of driving projects from data integration to realised savings.
  • Celonis expertise: 3+ years hands-on (or comparable process-mining tools) with a focus on implementation.
  • Bonus - logistics domain know-how: Experience in warehouse, transport or SCM workflows.
  • Technical foundation: Solid skills from previous roles or studies (SQL / scripting a plus).
  • Drive & pragmatism: You like to get things done and see results.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within DACH and be in our Erlangen office ~25–50%.
  • Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and good English.
