Your Role & Development

From Analysis to Solution: You will support the entire implementation of our Celonis projects—from data integration and analysis with SQL to the implementation of the final solution. Step by step, you will take on more responsibility for your own work packages.
Collaborate on Future Topics (GenAI): You will actively work on our research project with BMW, Siemens & Lufthansa and help develop innovative AI solutions for our platform.
From Project to Product: You will help translate findings from customer projects into standardized and repeatable solutions (dashboards, KPIs) and thus contribute directly to the further development of our software.
Grow Side-by-Side with the Founders: We have no silos. You will be involved in all areas from the start—from customer analysis and product development to our GenAI projects. This direct involvement ensures the steepest possible learning curve.

Our Requirements

Strong Analytical Skills: You have successfully completed your studies (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) and have a strong affinity for data and processes.
First Practical Experience: You have already gained initial insights into consulting, data analysis, or process optimization through internships or working student activities.
Technical Basics: You have a good knowledge of SQL and ideally some experience with Celonis or other process mining/BI tools.
Interest in Logistics: You are curious about the challenges in warehousing, transportation, or supply chain management.
Initiative & Willingness to Learn: You want to learn quickly, enjoy getting hands-on, and want to achieve visible results.
Flexibility & Languages: Willingness to travel for customer appointments (approx. 25-50%) as well as fluent German (C1+) and good English.
