Are you a communicative and ambitious talent who wants to gain a deep insight into the overall growth strategies of a fast-growing tech company? Are you keen to design our LinkedIn presence, generate new leads, and even actively participate in acquiring new customers? Then come to Logatik! We are building the first Celonis-based Warehouse Intelligence platform and are looking for you to actively shape our growth.

Your Role & Development

  • Lay Marketing Foundations: Help us build scalable marketing workflows and maximize our reach across multiple channels (especially LinkedIn).
  • Build a Lead Generation Engine: Help design and implement an automated and scalable lead generation process tailored to our product. You will use innovative tools to automate and optimize our outreach and lead-nurturing processes.
  • Help Shape Sales Processes: Assist in qualifying leads through a thorough discovery phase to understand the key metrics needed to progress qualified leads.
  • Generate Net New Revenue: Actively involve yourself in the preparation and execution of customer meetings and contribute to generating new, recurring revenue by closing deals.
  • Drive Creativity & Optimization: Test new channels, try bold campaigns, and help us define our tone of voice across all platforms. Analyze campaign and sales performance to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our strategies.
  • Guarantee a Steep Learning Curve: By working directly with the founders, you will gain in-depth insights into marketing, sales, and business development, learning a great deal about building and scaling a company in a very short time.

Our Requirements

  • Academic Background & Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Informatics, or a related field) and have a high affinity for start-ups and tech topics.
  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented: You're a natural problem-solver and analytical thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas and tackling challenges head-on, even when the going gets tough.
  • Strong Communication Skills & Openness: You enjoy interacting with potential clients and are confident in presentations. You are open and curious, always willing to learn and thrive in unfamiliar areas.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: With a strong work ethic, you take the initiative and can drive projects forward independently. You are motivated to exceed your goals.
  • High Organization & Attention to Detail: You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Time Commitment: Available for a 3-6 month internship.
  • Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and good English are a must to ensure seamless communication with our team, clients, and other stakeholders.
