We are building the first Celonis-based Warehouse Intelligence platform and are looking for someone to actively support us as a Founder Associate.

Your Role & Development

Drive Forward Special Initiatives: Take responsibility for ad-hoc projects that directly support our strategic goals. Show your flexibility and enthusiasm by familiarizing yourself with new areas.
Support Core Business Processes: Get involved in a variety of operational tasks, such as optimizing our customer projects and supporting our internal processes.
Increase Internal Efficiency: Help us optimize our daily processes by identifying potential for improvement, implementing new tools, and supporting team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
From Analysis to Solution: Help translate findings from customer projects into standardized and repeatable solutions (dashboards, KPIs) and thus contribute directly to the further development of our software.
Collaborate on Future Topics (GenAI): Actively work on our research project with BMW, Siemens & Lufthansa and help develop innovative AI solutions for our platform.
Guarantee a Steep Learning Curve: By working directly with the founders, you are involved in all key processes right from the start and learn a great deal about building and scaling a company in a very short time.

Our Requirements

Academic Background & Analytical Strength: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field) and are a natural problem-solver and analytical thinker who likes to tackle complex challenges head-on.
Openness & Curiosity: You are open and curious, enthusiastic about new challenges, and thrive in unfamiliar areas, always ready to learn.
Proactive Self-Starter: With a strong work ethic, you take the initiative and can drive projects forward independently.
Organizational Talent: You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Time Commitment: Available for a 3-6 month internship.
Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and good English are a must to ensure seamless communication within our team, with our clients, and other stakeholders.
